Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Follow the instructions below to permanently delete your Emhash account.
Method 1: Delete via Mobile App
- 1 Open the Emhash app on your mobile device
- 2 Navigate to your Profile tab at the bottom of the screen
- 3 Tap on the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top right corner
- 4 Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account"
- 5 Read the confirmation message and tap "Confirm Delete"
- 6 Your account will be permanently deleted within 24 hours
Method 2: Request via Email
- 1 Send an email to hello@emhash.com from the email address associated with your account
- 2 Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- 3 Include your full name and username in the email body
- 4 Our team will process your request within 48 hours and send you a confirmation
Important: This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including your emotional signals, reflections, connections, and profile information. This action cannot be undone.
